A no-obligation in-home Move Consultation is the first step, particularly if you are moving a long distance. Our professional estimators will come to your home to discuss your move, perform an in-home survey, provide you with an estimate, and help find solutions to best suit your moving needs.

Book Your Order

Once you’ve decided on a move date, you book your order. Burgess Moving & Storage utilizes “Docusign”, a secure electronic signature method that enables you to approve and sign your move documents from anywhere and anytime.

Pack Your Things

Whether you opt to have our professional packing crew pack your household goods, or you decide to pack your own boxes, it’s best to start early. Burgess Moving has all the packing supplies you need to do it yourself, from boxes and packing paper to tape, we have everything you need.

Move Your Things

Our experienced drivers and crew will move your goods to your new home. Delivery in one day is common for moves under 100 miles. If you’re moving out of state, delivery will take longer depending on how many miles away you are moving.

Deliver Your Things

Your driver and crew will deliver your household goods and place furniture and boxes into the rooms you specify. They even assemble your beds so you’ll have a place to sleep on your first night in your new home.
